A Fees Agreement will be drawn up following your first appointment in order to detail the Firm’s services and its fees. These fees will be divided into a fixed fee and a contingent fee depending on the nature of the case.
Are you an employer?
An hourly rate is fixed for legal advice with the possibility of concluding a Subscription Agreement. A Fees Agreement is signed before any litigation or training services.
In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute with a lawyer, you can refer the matter free of charge to the Consumer Mediator, who is the national mediator at the National Bar Council (Conseil National des Barreaux – CNB), whose contact details are as follows: CNB, Consumer Mediator, 180 boulevard Haussmann – 75008 PARIS.
